We are threatening a NATO ally with warships the day before we need that ally not to veto a deal. Think about that for a second.

The is and never was any intention of a deal.

You really are a monumental bell-end. The UK will have the 84% which currently goes to the EU. Which is more than plenty, and should ensure that stocks in UK waters are plentiful for the foreseeable, rather than being plundered under the terrible stewardship of the EU.

Looks like France will win, especially in a Naval conflict.

Time to buy shares in UK weapons manufacturers.

Privatising the seas: how the UK turned fishing rights into a commodity - Unearthed

"But in truth, the decline of the British fishing industry began some years before the EU’s common fisheries policy (CFP) took effect. And the quota hoppers are better understood as a symptom of a larger problem: decades of mismanagement by UK governments, which have seen fishing rights first commodified and then consolidated in the hands of a small and wealthy elite."

                  or BBC news?

"The degree of confusion over foreign ownership of UK quota was highlighted by a ministerial response to a parliamentary question back in October.

Victoria Prentis, the Fisheries Minister, admitted the Marine Management Organisation, the body responsible for English waters, "does not hold data relating to the degree of foreign investment".

So we are selling investment ,(effectively percentages of our EU quota) to foreign investors, and then saying that they aren't valid anymore because we leaving the EU - and blaming "Johnny Foreigner" for the Tories really just selling out its own fishermen.

How am I the one thats stupid? educate me.

Brexters have been saying the EU had nothing to do with peace in Europe. However, within less than a year of the UK leaving, the UK is threatening France with warships and boarding French vessels which is an act of war.
