If you have a specialist diet even though the products may be made in the UK, I would have a decent supply of that as when people were panic buying due to Covid they brought all the specialist food.

Medication you are probably screwed especially if it is on prescription.
Just on a low salt diet which is not that difficult to do.
Its the medication. All on prescription and most of it highly specialist stuff (Heart meds, very beefy pain meds, etc etc)

I'm stockpiling gluten free products, many of which come from UK to Ireland.

Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

The main issue will probably be hyperinflation not food scarcity.
I have a few kg’s I would like to shed, eating frugally might actually help.

So are you going through your pantry and kitchen/bathroom products checking which come from the EU so you can get stocked up?
Anything I should be worried about? I mean if it's a £1 product and it goes up 15p it's not going to be life changing. I guess medicine might be a worry, but I personally don't need any.

              So what's worth panicking over?

You may be able to deal with a 15% price increase but a lot of people don't

Rishi will pay them a Brexit dividend every month to cover the costs.

Probably not much, unless people start panic buying like back in March.
Scoots still says that Apr 2020 didn't mark the start of a new stock bull market.
