    Common Market 2.0

If May's deal goes down this looks like the one Labour will throw its weight behind.

It's a non-runner, as it would impact adversely on the planned Empire 2.0 jam tea and biscuit export boom.

It may seem like that to you, but it would actually be leaving the EU as per the referendum result.

I think the continued need to pay Brussels for this privilege may put some people off.....

This needs to be weighed against the opportunities of a hard brexit and the resulting boom in export sales to British expats. The bed-wetters market is full of "clever meanies" in urgent need of comfort and is, therefore, quite lucrative. High margin products include comfort blankets, No More Tears shampoo, and children's bedtime stories (That's not my unicorn, its mane is too fluffy etc.).

Not when the economic benefits outweigh the costs. Unless by 'some people', you mean 'gammons'.

Boris Johnson, who spear-headed the Leave campaign, said: “When 17.4 million chose to leave the EU, they didn’t vote to stay locked in the customs union or the single market.”
                But Boris did, apparently.

26th June 2016: "Boris Johnson has said the UK there will be “still have access to the single market”.
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

Have access to, not be in. He is pro having and eating cake.

Of course Boris and co could have stayed in the Government to push for their no deal Brexit, but they didn't they ran away and now just whine at the back of the Commons.

They know full well it would be a disaster that's why they ran away.
