BRINO is the product of civil servants doing most of the negotiating, under the PMs instruction. And as we all know, the civil service are only good at negotiating themselves a pay rise, and in recent years they haven't been very good at that either.
The May deal is catastrophic - even though it only covers the withdrawal - the real pain will come when the future relationship is discussed, only it won't get that far, because that deal has zero chance of getting through Parliament.
So as things stand, the choice is Remain on far worse terms, or Leave on WTO terms (and pay nothing). I know which gets my vote. Perhaps if J-C J had forgotten for a moment that he's a jumped-up little dictator and thought about the bigger picture, he could have pulled off a deal which pleased almost everyone, instead of a deal which will end up pleasing nobody.

After endless discussion on this forum you still just can't get it can you? No wonder we had a Leave result.

        The choice is

        1) Remain on far worse terms - we would be on worse terms but largely a question of no longer influencing direction. There will still be 27 countries steering the bloc. The UK was just inclined to cause trouble anyway.
        2) Leave on WTO terms (and pay nothing) - No, you can't avoid paying outstanding contributions. They are a legal obligation. Do you want the UK to be a criminal domain??. And nobody said we need to choose WTO terms. It's not clear what that would mean (you persistently try and oversimplify things due to your lack of intelligence). Canada and Norway are templates that could be developed.
        3) Remain - have a referendum to allow everyone to cancel Brexit and keep all the things we enjoy now.

Brexiteers wanted Leave but all the democratic processes that would carry that desire forward have failed to see any sensible way of doing it given the level of integration we have with the EU. It's nothing to do with tariffs and quotas and 'deals'. It is frictionless trade that - surprise, surprise - can't be replicated.

Why can't leavers get it into their heads that the whole 'leave and revert to WTO' concept is not actually real ?

The UK will have to negotiate a schedule of quotas and tariffs which it doesn't currently have.

Every member of the WTO has to agree that.

There are pretty strict rules around how tariffs are governed and how they are applied. (eg. if you want to import New Zealand lamb at 0% then every country in the world has the right to export lamb to the UK at the same tariff unless you negotiate a trade deal with New Zealand and trade outside WTO rules).

Why T.F. do you think no countries actually trade solely under WTO rules except 2 or 3 which have a smaller GDP than Carlisle ?

WTF do you do for a living again? Can't be anything very complicated given your lack of cognitive ability.
            Hard Brexit now!

There is only one country in the world that trades solely under WTO rules.
Mauritania: it’s GDP is $4,714million (0.2% of the UK’s), 50% of its exports consist of Iron Ore, and between 1% and 17% of the population still live in slavery.
