Because they've worked out there really isn't any feasible plan, probably
Brexiters - what a fooking waste of space.

Probably because it included references to creating our own version of Star Wars and sending troops to Goose Green.

Mad as hatters, the lot of them.

Still, it would have been fun getting them to explain exactly how we’ll be 1TRILLION pounds better off (insert Dr Evil gif here)

      Feck me, did it?

One good thing about Brexit is that it brought to light (1) how very many really thick people live in the Uk and (2) how very many really loony, deluded fools live in the UK.

      Hard Brexit now!

Didn't know JRM was a comedian but this is up there with the best parts of the Daily Mash: https://www.economistsforfreetrade.c...ld-trade-deal/
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

The Brexit emperors have been shown up to have no clothes. After all that bluster about how they could do it better, they have nothing.

Anyone that still supports this shower deserves to be called a cretin.

The garbled nonsense of Jacob Rees-Mogg's new press release

              "What about a bus?"
"We tried the ******* bus! The ******* bus us why we're here."
"How about me making an allusion to something in antiquity, perhaps in Latin?"
"Shut it Mogg. Honest to God, shut the **** up!"

Juncker hints at exactly how vassal he expects the UK to become.

Juncker demands the UK become extremely vassal

Chequers is just the beginning, and the toothless Tigers roaring yesterday didn't help their case.

                I'm alright Jack

Not sure how he gets £13billion in one article, but in the next one:
                  https://www.economistsforfreetrade.c...s-from-brexit/
The poorest families in Britain will be the biggest winners by having £44 a week extra

Leaving the EU is estimated to save them £27 a week in lower grocery prices and a drop in rents triggered by a fall in the value of land. On top of that, once Britain is outside the EU, wages for the poor are expected to rise £12 a week because of a fall in income-suppressing low-skilled immigration and because of a reduction of £5 a week in costs of migrant benefits.
So, food prices will fall, rent will fall, property prices will fall, but low-paid worker wages will rise.

Is JRM basically saying that Corbyn is going to get in and destroy the economy?
Forcing rent down, causing the housing market to collapse and paying the poorest more are what Labour are normally good at, not the Tory Elite.

But hark, they make up another number. Not £13billion, not £44 per week:
The overall GDP boost is estimated by EFT as £135 billion a year.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

Just a quick one - if these things are so great

'but without accepting regulations for services, the European Court of Justice or free movement.'

surely if we do not want them then it is our loss.

So saying that we cannot have free trade if we do not take the other 3 seems that only free trade is a benefit and the rest is just crap we have to put up with for -- reasons as yet to be defined.

                      Discuss.
