Everything will be free for all? That sounds like a lovely idea.

I'll have three new cars and a couple of houses, please.

You won't be able to afford it because of the tit for tat tariffs.

      I'm alright Jack

That's nonsense. If the UK starts flogging stuff to Poland, the Polish consumer will be better off.

Protectionism will start to rise anyway because without the UK's voice at the table the protectionist instincts of the Southern EU states will have more weight. Without the free-market UK, the balance of power within the EU has been shifted irrevocably.

Rather than hiding behind the belligerent UK, other member states who support our views but never had the clout will have to stand up and be counted.

Yeah, we plan to join VAT MOSS for third countries (we already part of VAT MOSS so know how it works), sadly can't do it in advance, which is pretty moronic - they really should have said that any current VAT MOSS participant can be migrated on day 1 if they confirm they want it (which 99% of them would).

We should be ok because we sell service (so no border issues) and it's not the kind of service that requires licensing in EU - we are in a very lucky minority as all our competitors are outside of EU anyway.

Yes - to Germany and France, a stunning white flag capitulation after winning Two World Wars, thanks Boris.

I don't see Poland banging the UK drum, they seem quite happy to watch the lorry queues from a distance and say hello to all those fleeing manufacturers.

The UK maybe about to find out what happens when you try and pull a fast one on a big trading block.

                Snap, we're 100% service-based and 100% B2B. So I don't see any issues arising.

Also, the service runs out of a DC within Europe, so I think that helps with regards to data laws.

Yeah, it's not your problem because you never buy any Consumer products?

Hey, if there are lots of unemployed developers then I'll be happy. It's the biggest constraint on growth.
