They explicitly state that "Others spend more time back here, spreading the word and campaigning to get us out." - so just because you dislike him, dislike his style and his actions (or lack thereof) - it can be said that UKIP have been true to their word.......it's just not the normal political machinations that's all.

Regardless, it will be the responsibility of the UK to negotiate our trade deals, not the EU, which for many people is the point.
