If remain won would we need to make it "Best of three"?

    Just to be fair.

You don’t have to talk to expats (don’t you mean UK immigrants ;-) ) to get that view, there are plenty here in the U.K. that would also say that. My question, though, was what is the evidence behind their rhetoric? In what way are the EU behaving like bullies? Are they beating anyone up behind the bike sheds and nicking their dabs?

          Indeed.

However let's say there is a 2nd referendum. And its stay. Can A50 be untriggered?

The author of A50 says that it can, but it would need to be clarified legally. There’s a possibility that it may require unanimous approval from the EU27.

If you were the EU, would you want us back?

              Inneresting. Cheers.

Sadly I think whether the EU would want back the UK would come down to money.

How does £350million a week sound?

For the UK to come back, the EU would hold all the cards and could demand what they want. Whether the tough UK negotiators would be able to negotiate anything is a different question.

Nigel and his snowflake followers would have a field day, able to continue to blame the EU for everything.

Personally, I think that the EU would welcome us back if there was a spirit of cooperation being shown by the U.K., but we’re far too far down that road now. I don’t see any benefit to the EU in having Farage, the Daily Mail, Rees-Mogg, etc constantly carping on at them from within. Constructive criticism is fine, but there’s a large element of unconstructive obstinence from a wider part of the U.K.

£350 million a week is about the same as the value of the financial services that will drift their way over the next 5 - 10 years anyway, isn’t it?

I'm not sure. It was just a number I picked at random off the side of a bus.

TM the PM could take it from the NHS, I mean they don't need any extra funding or anything. Most Tory voters have private healthcare so the NHS isn't critical in keeping them alive to vote at the next election.

                      EU to tax British tourists

No way out really, as some have said, we're leaving the EU but not Europe and as long as that is the case they can "tax the sh*t" out of us, because you can't ignore the fact that they're all around us.

                      I'm alright Jack
