    The EU claim they are in a stronger position.

    The reality is that the EU has picked up a lot of expensive children(the Latin countries) and will want maintenance from the hard workers(the UK).

    Good luck in trying to enforce that. Maybe the EU could ask team America world police to step in?

        Theres no assets. Eu grants etc go without paying it back. You can have few wines and couple of bricks from eu parliament though and take your fair share of politicians back

              If the UK does not pay its EU future obligations, the UK credit rating will be trashed and the economy will suffer another blow. Expect interest rates will go through the roof!
