I have also heard clap trap about an EU army, Turkey joining, loss of more Sovereignty/law making areas all of which require treaty change and ratification by parliament. Oh and the Sovereignty of the courts which Brexiters now complain about.
Also some outright lies about
350 million for the NHS, leaving European Court of Human Rights (not court of justice). Trade deficient means we will get single market access. We can send asylum seekers back.
Not to forget we can sign trade treaties with the 20% of our trade partners who don't have or are in negotiation with the e.u.
The final destination of the EU is a superstate they are honest about that 'an ever closer union' how will that affect sovereignty? This was the first time we were asked previous treaties were signed by our government.
Turkey desperately wants to join, We have had other countries join with similar level of development.
Courts can be overruled by EU courts which we have to be members of if we are in the EU.
Outright lies -
economic Armageddon the day after we vote leave that was a remainer idea.
There is £350 million more to spend not necessarily all will be spent on teh NHS sorry you remainers don't understand that.
ECHR - since 2010 we can't stop being ruled by it until we leave the EU.
We currently have to accept some Asylum seekers from the EU whether we like it or not, we can't deport most of them.
Trade deficit - interesting negotiating position.Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.Comment
