Let's be honest though, if there was another referendum on Brexit now, what would the outcome be? And ten more after that?

I'm not saying what I think cos I'm happy where I am, the situation I'm in, but I think we all know don't we?

What should it be?
Perhaps we should ask the EU courts to decide?

Larest polls suggest remain, but so did the polls before the referendum.

I think there's a huge difference between "what would you do given a second chance" and actually having a second vote for real.

Both sides ran a dire campaign with false statements on what in or out of the EU would mean so the pandemonium was inevitable. Many more months or years of political back and forth will likely now ensue.

Perhaps if there is a general election next year the public have something more detailed in each sides manifesto to outline what Brexit or remain actually means for everyone. I doubt it somehow.

The remainers are celebrating a victory as they've found an out that might reverse the decision. Surely the fact that to win their victory they've found out away around the will of the people and reversing it, against a fair public vote is a slap in the face of democracy and the system and is a really bad situation? It's like saying everyone has a right to free speech and then just destroying that right just to get their own way if someone says something they don't like? You get me?

However much they hate the brexit result surely rolling over democracy to get the result they want is even worse?

Or should I shut up and get back to shovelling coal to keep London lit?

The campaign for Brexit was one of the most shameful for a western democracy. The team that won the day did so on lies, deceit, and scaremongering. If there was one slap in the face of democracy that was it.

Goodness, you're living in a bubble. Totally away with the fairies. Take reality, divorce it, remove some more reality, subtract any residual reality, and that's where you'll find scooter.

Lies. Deceit. Scaremongering. That's what distinguishes us from the Bremoaners?

The more luvvies that tell people they voted wrong the better chance everyone will vote Brexit. The EU seem to be keeping up the we are going to shaft you stories as well.
