Just thought I would give you an update - I went to the round table meeting at HMRC's offices yesterday regarding onshore employment intermediaries and false self employment and the have confirmed that it will not affect PSC's as the legislation will not apply where there is dividend income

It wasn't Lisa I was talking about as you well know. Rather its firms like talentcore breaking the rules to keep their costs and hence prices as low as possible.

Good news, but...

This doesn't now address HMG's intended objective. If issuing dividends is the decider the ex-employer who's got his staff to come back as Ltd Cos simply has to ensure they pay dividends, doesn't he?
