Once again HMRC get there way. The MPs voted that the bill can go through without needing a 2nd review.(as I understand this crazy process). But agreed it looks like some MPs voted the wrong way. Never mind.......it doesn't matter, yeah right, i'm now screwed

If a motion/bill fails to get a 2nd reading it is defeated. The motion to introduce a new clause 12 was related to tax avoidance using eurobonds, disguised employment and dormant companies. It was defeated but was nothing to do with us anyway.

This Bill has now completed all its stages in the House of Commons.

This Bill will now go to the House of Lords for consideration.
