I had one of these letters back in March, also stated they will be "finalising the open enquires" - heard nowt since.

Sure, this does not apply to us but you get an idea of what they do down there.

IMO, that is the office where they are setting up a dedicated 'unit' to deal with all appeals prior to the Tax Courts. You couldn't get much further away from Liverpool or Manchester could you?

I am impressed you have a bigger battle than bn66. I have 2 disabled kids and fighting for schools for them. Litigation on a business failure that cost me all my money. A mother who is senile and shacked up with someone who very nearly went down for attempted murder. A looney litigious ex-wife. Various other illnesses. But bn66 for me is the killer.

Has anyone noticed a stop on correspondence coming from MP's?

Since Ben Wallace said 'settle up' I have sent a response. This has not been acknowledge which is strange since all my other correspondence to him has been and very quickly.

So, I resent the same again just in case it had gone to his junk mail folder. Still no acknowledgement.

Greg Clark MP's PA responded on 23rd May to confirm receipt of my rebuttal to the standard response forwarded from Gauke. This was in line with previous communications.

Hmmmm. Just seems strange from getting acknowledgements to every notification I've sent him that since he said 'this line wont get you any further,' 2 other notifications havent had an acknowledgement.
