End of year accounts service is usually when your accountant prepares and files your company accounts for you at companies house and HMRC.
A filing service is usually your accountant simply filing the accounts at companies house and HMRC without them actually preparing the figures. They are simply offering a service to file them. The accounts in this scenario are prepared by someone else (old accountant or yourself).
Hope this helpsComment
