Great letter BB but I wonder whether the expression 'tax loophole' is likely to help your cause, especially with the current political lean towards 'avoidance' joining 'evasion' - perhaps 'legitimate tax planning'

Well done Bolshie, a real gem. I will attach this (and other snippets I've been hanging onto) with the letter I am writing to mine.

                BB, This is really great.

I have supplemented the info already sent to my MP with Mr Gaukes views from 2008 (ref to Clause 55: 22 May 2008: Public Bill Committees - TheyWorkForYou) after seeing your post. I know you have banged this drum before but I had no idea he was so opposed back then.

A 'tax loophole' is what it was though. Im just an ordinary Joe (Bolshie) who uses everyday words. Im no lawyer so I just called it as it was.

                  But thanks anyways!

                      Hi BrilloPad,
Thanks for your response. I have a a couple of angles. I have also written to my MP.
Maybe we should discuss other possible ways if you think Media is counterproductive.
I'm in the process of composing a letter that can be used to send, although I think BB has composed a gem for his MP:-)
How do we pass PM addresses as Mr HMRC is watching...
                      Thanks.
