    Could someone please pm me an alternative.

    I've already seen the names on this thread, but if anyone has had a good experience of an accountant who has taken on accounts from Upton, I would be very grateful.

      I think all the main accountants on this site have taken on previous Upton clients in one form or another. I personally went with Intouch Accounting.

        I might be wrong but wasnt the part of the court process when he pleads guilty or no guilty happened in last few days ? If so anyone know what he pleaded ?

            Not the company set up by Tina though, that's Freedom Accountancy Ltd....check at Companies House.

              Yes you are correct sorry I didn't spot that, first their was Freedom AccountantS'S Ltd and the Freedom AccountanY LTD, so the acca things doesnt mentions Tinas one.

                  They have to so they don't prejudice any criminal investigations.

                  They can take further action after the criminal investigation is complete if necessary.

                    But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”
