A very confused contractor with too many oprtions
just out of interest, if the apparent (way around) EBT's is to become self employed and then take the loans to avoid the EBT, why doesn't everyone just become self employed and offset there expenses thus reducing their tax liabilty and increase their take home pay ???Comment

if there is so much risk with these types of schemes why doesnt everyone just simply operate as a self employed person, offset their expenses and reduce the tax that way ??Comment
