Sorry, I was merely going off Alan's information that he's in the same building as Darwin, they're one or two doors down from the bar I mentioned. It wasn't intended as a definitive guide to the location of various Isle of Man tax businesses, I hope your friend didn't go to too much trouble!
I am in same building as Darwin/IPSP BUT they have more than one office SO please do your homework or just ask me for my address.
For the record i have been in the same building since 2002 . Not many IOM posters OR scheme promoters can say that. Most of them move every few months.

If you want to get back "on topic" about IR35 and schemes etc. Maybe you should judge when the "fat lady has stopped singing" and BN66 and other schemes have been finalised.
