Lolo
If you have to ask questions like this then you need an accountant.
Otherwise bend over and grab your ankles, cos Gordo is lubing up.

DaveB,
Thanks for the warning - really, I am most scared
being a straight guy. Gordo seems to be a nice bloke though, even though he wants to engage this country's money in a new missile system. Don't suspect him - he wants to do this by lubricating us by any sorts.

Any more positive ideas, or just “get an accountant” is all you can offer.

"Oh Dear" indeed.
Lolo - you don't know what you're doing, you're not taking advice, you can't be arsed to go look for yourself, so just why should we try to help any further. Come back when you can show us you/ve made a bit of effort.Blog? What blog...?

Hey lolo
Ignore this lot, they know nothing and are just winding you up.
You don't need to pay tax etc.. or even register with HMRC, just get customers pay your invoices into your personal account.
Oh and don't forget to add on VAT to your invoices. You should put your VAT reg no on the invoice so just make one up. I use 48732429

Malvolio,
Note taken - however - are you a scorned accountant
to keep on insting "get an accountant" line. Get life! There are guys smarter
than you who can manage running a small l company without this sort of advice.

Lolo, if you are in a position to flee back to your home country as soon as the taxman shows up, don't sweat it. Don't worry about any form filling nonsense - just fill your boots and have fun.Comment

MrsGoof,
Thanks for the line.
This is a very nice option which I may consider as the last resort. Even when this seems a bit illegal. When I was working for Arabs doing exactly so (but there was no VAT charged - wise people).
But a bit afraid to start my career as a director with a private account in the UK. But maybe at the end - who knows.

Lucifer,
That would be the nicest one on the offer - thanks!
As I said a bit afraid for a start. This country has excellent rates it just a matter of squeezing it like a lemon, want to work a bit longer, especially when the rate is £££ and Arabs start dislike us.
At the end, as your are the only one to insist to do a runner tactic. Do you know anybody who tried, for at least few years, and succeeded?
