So, after all those years,

I heard that connexion is back to the point of making people life miserable? being not paid, company refusing to pay them, state clamping on them?

Actually you will find that they filed for bankruptcy on the 28th August.

I am likely to be out a lot of money as my contract now belongs to the liquidator. This contract was worth €46,000 and I have received none of it. If my client is invoiced by the liquidator they will pay him, and I will have to apply to the court to get some of my pay bak in a year or so.

Anyone else working with Connexion needs to get on it now.

Connexions Liquidator

I spoke to liquidator who said he was writing to all contractors this week, poss will be paid by the state the normal salary, for Aug, he has had payroll done for this month

I've lost 17K€ with this latest liquidation.

I'm dutch citizen.

Liquidator doesn't contact me.

I have three questions :

1) It is safe to contact liquidator, I have a split scheme (with Freelance contract) ?

2) How the liquidator could know that Connexion have money for me (I haven't got any contract with Connexion, my invoice and contract is with ICC)

3) ICC and Connexion are the same compagny ? ICC said they is no link between ICC and Connexion, they can't do anything.

Luxembourg State has declared the Connexion setup illegal

Just thought you should all know that the Luxembourg tax authorities have deemed Connexions schemes illegal ie tax evasion and is now pursuing those people who are tax resident in Luxembourg who used the schemes to reclaim unpaid taxes.
Anyone who is in this situation should take some legal advice to find out where they stand.
Not sure for people tax resident in other jurisdictions.
