Tax claim since 2007

Hi all,
It seems that Connexion employees are not the only ones to be targeted by tax claim in Luxembourg...
I'm affected while I never worked for Connexion...

Hi all, as I am also affected while never worked for Connexion and since 2007, is it true that the authorities can go back 10 years?
Any advise on this would be appreciated.

Given that I'm (possibly) going through something similar thanks to the seemingly shady operating of Alpha Resourcing and Classic Financial Solutions I'll share what I know (and will have confirmed by a lawyer later today).

Normally they can back 4 years. However, in 2009, they changed the law to say that in "special" cases they can go back an extra 3 for a total of 7.

To be honest I would fear the worst from what I know.

I can probably put you in touch with someone who I know has a more indepth knowledge of this situation or at least relay some specific questions you may have as they may not want to disclose who they are given what has gone on.
