Letters won't be going out to MPs until end of this week.

If your MP wrote to the JCHR, you might receive something back by the end of next week.

I'll look forwards to that, while I'm not personally affected it will be nice to see what the JCHR make of this legislation that seems so thoroughly unjust to me.

While I anticipate that the JCHR letters will all be the same I'll post the gist of what I get in case it's any different from yours.

Yes, I am personally affected by this and face huge financial and emotional upheaval, so fully appreciate all the work that specific individuals are doing on most of our behalves. After Labours limp performance in the European elections its surely only a matter of time now before a change is made.

How many years were you in the scheme? Are you still in the scheme? Have you written to your MP?

Just wondered on the numbers that are planning on attending next weeks hearing?

The small courts are just that, very limited especially after allowing for the entourage that accompanies each side...... do we have a poll?

PS-1: To avoid any litgation; I think its implied who the 'prats' are.
PS-2: How do I become an agent/ intermeditary and start selling the seats

Just reached the 100 mark.

Although the document has now been submitted to the JCHR (with 92 testimonies), I want to keep collecting evidence just in case the Treasury try to claim that the numbers are an insignificant minority.

So please keep them coming.

You should start a seperate thread with poll.

With f4j we only got barred from a hearing once : and that was not due to numbers.

Have seen 50 in court on 2 occasions.

Judges love an audience! Most of them time they get ignored : IMO it will help us if people attend as it will play to their vanity!

I can now see YouKnowWho ( ) getting all his friends in to the court. Actually that would still only mean 1 person there.
