Update

So far, I have sent out just under 150 copies of the letter. Many people are passing on to others. Eg. I had a request from one guy on behalf of 7 people he worked with. Another guy with deGraaf was requesting it for a bunch of people.

We are starting to get responses back. Some MPs are requesting face to face meetings. Others have asked for further info, and I have passed on the one page summary.

One MP is taking the matter up directly with the Chief Executive of HM Revenue & Customs.

Things are beginning to stir...

Very positive reply from David in which he said said he would look into things for me and requested more information...

Discrimination Letter

Some people sent a version of the letter highlighting the discrimination angle, where the Revenue had settled with some users of the scheme on preferential terms.

We are now in possession of a PDF which contains all the details of the SuoMotu settlement.

If your MP asks for evidence of HMRC deals, then I can supply this document.
