I was following this, but got sick of certain individuals happy to lay into anyone that has used offshore schemes. Bit like this thread at times!

So if do you have sensible questions please post them up and I will do my best to get some answers.

In my honest opinion the abusive and vulgar language is entirely appropriate.

If you wish to censor us then please dont post, thats the moderators job.

My only question would be have you filed the Judicial Review yet ?

Dont worry, after the recent Dragonfly ruling, even those 'people' who lay into us regarding MP will be laughing on the other side of their face tonight!

99% of contractors WILL be IR35 caught based on the Dragonfly ruling and insurance wont save their bacon either.

Welcome to the real world, guys!

Oh and I still havent received any closure notice. Yet!
I couldn't give two fornicators! Yes, really!

Can you explain why my insurance wont help as I'm paying rather a lot for it. (It covers legal costs plus any tax and penalties)
