Anybody else finding Gorilla accountants getting a bit sluggish?

Started a few years ago with Gorilla and it was great after having been with SJD for many years, but it feels the quality is going down a bit
Waiting now for almost 4 months for my company accounts, have to chase them constantly and they keep coming up with excuses.

They've changed their name to Caroola Group - got to hide the security breaches (and other issues somehow).

There is a recommended accountats stickie at the top of this part of the forum. Just guessing names without researching isn't going to help.

It wasn’t a guess, a colleague recommended them and I mentioned them to get a second opinion and of course I’m going to research.

I switched to Paper Rocket from SJD after staying with SJD longer than I had planned after various disasters with them, even after the cyber attack

The service level is infinitely superior and very personal but they are a very small firm, just three people.

Yep. Some people like the smaller companies where they can talk to the same person who's in charge so always add PR as something different.
