The worleys guys got their Qdos determination certificates. Certificate numbers and all. Looks very good. Client name etc and answers to question. This will be in recompense for the fee they had to pay Worley to carry them out.

The question is, its just a Qdos certificate (stating outside). There hasnt been any formal communication from Worley saying 'business as usual'.
However i think it would take a brave man to say 'guys your all inside' after you'd received your outside determination........

Agree, but they wouldn’t say that. They would say: no PSCs.

Above Lead Engineer it tends to be a project management role.

Little bit of both - Mainly for Repsol to back down, Repsol are currently paying for role assessment review to determine status.

Heard Aker are telling their contractors that they will be outside, at least at the Reading office.

I wanted to apply to a few positions at Wood and when I asked the agent if it's in / out, got told they are doing whatever they can to stick as many people out. Makes sense, as last time I heard it was super heavy contractor oriented.

As for more senior people being pushed inside it actually makes sense imho, it's much harder to not be forced to do corp stuff at higher levels (and also push the interests of your own ltd above everything else).
