Heard Aker are telling their contractors that they will be outside, at least at the Reading office.
I wanted to apply to a few positions at Wood and when I asked the agent if it's in / out, got told they are doing whatever they can to stick as many people out. Makes sense, as last time I heard it was super heavy contractor oriented.
As for more senior people being pushed inside it actually makes sense imho, it's much harder to not be forced to do corp stuff at higher levels (and also push the interests of your own ltd above everything else).Comment
