which is why HMRC have introduced the new rules as IR35 wasn't working as they intended. Those organisations which have been supping tea and eating biscuits with HMRC clearly didn't see this approach coming. Which is why HMRC must never be trusted and always be viewed with suspicion.

I've just beaten an agent of HMRC in court for applying the wrong rate of VAT on an import and they now have a CCJ against them. How that will affect their business remains to be seen. So, would you have just accepted the wrong tax an rolled over?

Just shut the **** up and stay in topic. This thread is about a shuttle bus, not about fighting HMRC in court. Every IR35 thread you start banging the same old drum and lording it because you've beaten someone in court.
