You/your company has accepted a contract.
You/your company accepted that contract at a particular rate and we're happy to do so.
You are now trying to either a) be lazy about receipts or b) claim false expenses for tax purposes.
What does your accountant say?
What country is your company based in?
What country is your client based in?
