Seconded to another city. Can a set daily rate for subsistance (food) be set?

To answer the original question you must retain receipts if the subsistence expense is not incurred outside the UK. And you cannot go by a process of "averaging", you can only claim the actual costs incurred (plus £10 for each night spent away from home)

Not allowed them for a few years now.
I'm trying to buy another guy's LTDCO of him when he retires as he has a special dispensation of £120 a day irrelevant of location
