Tell you what; I'll support you joining the CC, then you can bang on about it there and get exactly the same answer; that at least saves me having to write it out every other week.

No, boring is when you make a statement in the Opt Out thread, get challenged and run away for the umpteenth time.

      FTFY2

If I wanted to join the CC, yours would be the last of 23000 members support that I would seek tbh.

Why do I bang on about it? It is one thing to be led along by IPSE over the matter even though they intend to do absolutely nothing, it is another to watch you publicly claim you are doing the opposite and say nothing about it.

As has been said many times, IPSE+ is a no brainer for 99% of contractors.

Mal would rather chop his own head off with a rusty whisk than admit he is wrong even if the whole world and every other living being in the universe gave him irrefutable proof.

Indeed but I thought agreeing with someone quoting his own comment wouldn't be too much to ask.

Go look up the proper meaning of my forum name. If you can't take a joke and all that...

You're doing it again, mis-representing what was actually said - which was, if I may paraphrase slightly:

"IPSE aren't doing anything because they can't".

Plus I'm still here and will keep repeating myself until it sinks in. I'm sorry if that's too difficult for you to understand but frankly WGAS.

It is a matter of record that you have said here and elsewhere that you have "actively been looking for a case of opt out abuse for PCG/IPSE to take to court, but it's not easy finding one". That is not true. See the last exchange in the Opt Out thread for a reminder. See the several threads on the IPSE forums for more reminders of your response when a potential case was discussed between us.

So whilst you keep repeating it, I will challenge it. And obviously YGAS or you wouldn't respond even though you dig a bigger hole every time you do.

I know I'm wasting my time here, but how does the above nonsense align with what you posted earlier in this thread, given we weren't even talking about the opt out but about IPSE membership. And how do you think your blinkered obsession with one trivial and easily manageable element of contracting is encouraging the OP to stay an IPSE member:

In case you'e forgotten, what you said earlier was:

I'm buggered if I can see any relationship between the two, nor do I intend trying to find one.

                      OK

See you over on the Opt Out thread.
