Hi,

I have a question. Did anybody work as secondment by CapitalConsulting from Switzerland in another EU country ?
Capital Consulting - international taxation

In their solution portfolio they have something called A1 solution (basically they employ person and send to another EU country as secondment worker)
If somebody had opportunity to work/cooperate for them what is your opinion about them ?

There are strict rules about secondment, which means it doesn't work in many cases.

If you work for a multinational they can't simply second whoever they want whereever they want, there are limitations.

If this is a contract for a local company in the country then it is unlikely that secondment would work. If it was for example a Swiss company doing a project in Belgium who needed a resource that they didn't charge to the customer directly then it would probably be OK.

Legally, it's really not much different than continuing to bill through your UK Ltd co. i.e. the fact that they employ you doesn't protect you.
