No, since you are a contractor and are employed by your own Limited Company, or alternatively by the Umbrella company that you have chosen to use. As I have previously mentioned, the laws in the UK are not the same as in your country of origin.I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Read my lips...I recommend QDOS for ALL your Insurance requirements (Contact me for a referral code).Comment

TF means that the system is stacked against you if you are unsure of your legal position. It may be different where you are from.
