    Liar, liar, pants on fire.
I'm not even an atheist so much as I am an antitheist; I not only maintain that all religions are versions of the same untruth, but I hold that the influence of churches, and the effect of religious belief, is positively harmful. [Christopher Hitchens]

I keep getting phone calls from his lot. And I make a point of saying "well, since Rory embarrassed himself so badly on ContractorUK, I'm more than a little loathe to deal with you..." each time.

First thread - The "Conduct Reg's" are virtually unenforceable against your intermediary

Second thread - Does control influence whether an engagement is one of for service or of service ?

Because there is the possibility that Morgan McKinley's practice is in violation of the employment regulation. So I figure that they retain a law firm to protect themselves.
