I keep getting phone calls from his lot. And I make a point of saying "well, since Rory embarrassed himself so badly on ContractorUK, I'm more than a little loathe to deal with you..." each time.

I thought the complaint was about false advertising? What has that to do with employment law?

Because there is the possibility that Morgan McKinley's practice is in violation of the employment regulation. So I figure that they retain a law firm to protect themselves.
