I can see that you guys are here to beat up contractors to serve the agency industry's purpose?

No we just don't see the point of getting worked up when you won't get anything from being awkward.Originally posted by Frank Big Bird View PostI can see that you guys are here to beat up contractors to serve the agency industry's purpose?

If you don't know, don't make assumptions and talk loud.Originally posted by eek View PostNo we just don't see the point of getting worked up when you won't get anything from being awkward.

First, this position was from Microsoft Head Office in Redmond (US) and Morgan McKinley was the UK recruiter. Second, Curo doesn't have an exclusive on Microsoft UK, in case you don't know.
You are quite right that I have not been (and I may not be) getting anything from here as most are just negative comments rather than positive / knowledgeable suggestions.Last edited by Frank Big Bird; 26 August 2014, 13:18.Comment

No, you came here and asked for advice, you got loads and you then argued with every piece of good advice that some very experienced people gave you.Originally posted by Frank Big Bird View PostI can see that you guys are here to beat up contractors to serve the agency industry's purpose?
If you don't like the advice, you don't have to take it but please don't think other seasoned contractors will fall at your feet fawning because you are on a crusade that will get you nowhere.
So you found out that some agents are dishonest. Well here's another nugget, they are ALL liars. I doubt you will get far with it.
If you don't like the advice, feel free to go somewhere where they will tell you what you want to hear. Solicitors are good at that but they charge you for the privilege.Comment

1. You first want to read carefully to see if I argued with advice or if I challenged the false statements made by some posters here? 2. You have just made a statement 'they are ALL liars' that you cannot prove. TRAIN YOURSELF TO BE MORE LOGICAL
3. The argument you made about 'if I don't what I hear I should go somewhere else' should be applied to yourself as if you don't like the agents here in the UK, are you still dealing with them or should you be moving to North Korea instead, there is no agency there? DO WHAT YOU SAY, STAY OUT OF CONTRACTINGComment

@Frank Big Bird - the trick with forums is to ignore people, then come back and post your good news. However when you post your good news make it very clear what laws/regulations apply and leave it to that."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment
