So, I appreciate this must have asked before so sorry to waste anyone time. Essentially, I'm a doctor now doing full time locum and has my own ltd company. Want to be as tax efficient as I can be and the more I look around it the less I understand it. Anyone know of a good "medical" accountant that is sympathetic to doctors and reasonably priced in Manchester. If you are the one feel free to pm me. Thanks.

Don't let location of the accountant put you off though, in today's day an age most needs can be met via other communication means. (Although it may be nice to meet once in a while).
