Could any body help with my rights I've worked for umberella company for 5 years on same job and site some of my co workers have been taken on the books by the company not the umberella company I now have to do same job has them for less money plus more hours is that legal

Which bit of it do you think is not legal? Which laws did you believe have been broken?

Umberella companys
Read the AWR guide on here as a first step. Can you let us know whether you work through a recruitment agency or directly with an end client?
Can you confirm whether your daily/hourly rate has decreased or whether your colleagues earnings have increased?
Do you have a contract of employment with your umbrella company?
More than happy to try and help but can you please let us have some more information
