Brolly from April - should the wife change?

Been out of contracting a while, but the Mrs has been solidly working in a project co-ordinator part time role under a brollie. they are trying to push her to an Ltd Co and I don't believe it is worth it as she works from home with no travel, max 4-5hrs per day.

Basically, all she needs is a payroll co.

How much are umbrella co changing from 01/04 that she will be overly impacted??
I didn't say it was your ******* fault, I said I was blaming you!

If your wife doesn't claim any T&S expenses now then she will notice no difference to her take home after April and there should be no difference in the umbrella company's operations.

And who are 'they'? The agency or the brolly?

In that case she should stay as she is.
