Having spent the last year temping through an agency, he's been offered a 6 month contract with a new company but they won't pay PAYE so he has to either set up his own limited company (which is a lot of hassle for 6 months) or use a company which will process his PAYE without ripping him off with ridiculously high charges.
Being a glass half-empty sort of person I tend to be very very wary of anything I don't know much about....
Any advice ASAP would be much appreciate please.
