Run away. No.
Tell him to avoid them. Use a Ltd. or a reputable umbrella - ask LisaContractorUmbrella for info.Originally posted by Deakoj View PostMy husband is about to sign on the dotted line with Principal Contractors Ltd. I've searched the net and the only seemingly independent reviews I can find about them are on this site in 2013. Does anyone have any recent experience of using them?
Having spent the last year temping through an agency, he's been offered a 6 month contract with a new company but they won't pay PAYE so he has to either set up his own limited company (which is a lot of hassle for 6 months) or use a company which will process his PAYE without ripping him off with ridiculously high charges.
Being a glass half-empty sort of person I tend to be very very wary of anything I don't know much about....
Any advice ASAP would be much appreciate please.
Thanks in advance.
