Indeed, and we "did" Tax Devil a while back as per my earlier post.

Mr Hazzard has been a very busy boy judging by the number of directorships he holds. 22 currently, 11 incorporated this year and all but one within the last 18 months.

Now this is pure conjecture, but given that Hazzard is a fairly unusual name and the christian name fits as well....

There is a Peter Hazard working for Mann Made Group who's website says:

The Mann Made Group is a leading supplier of corporate and trust services to professional advisors and high net worth individuals and families.

We offer you a team of highly motivated professional people who are experienced in operating within an entrepreneurial environment.

We pride ourselves on our client focus and the ability to efficiently provide high-level tax and corporate advice and services to add value to your business.
He's listed as Senior Company Administrator.

His age according to CompanyCheck.co.uk is 27, and from the mug shot on the Mann Group team page that looks about right.

Anyone want to give him a buzz?

That tallys with the information that I got on him from DueDil. Would be interested to hear what he had to say

According to DueDil - it's 62 Most of them in association with Andrew Gilfillan who is also a Director of Mann Made Corporate Services Ltd. There's also a new incorporation under Tangela Tax - wonder how long it will be before they're promising people 98% take home

I can't believe any of these firms are going to make money selling schemes these days.

They've missed the boat (literally). The heydays when you could fund a company yacht, from the fees, are long gone.

You'd be surprised - we get loads of people coming to us asking about these schemes - we explain the risks and they still think that the promised 'take home' is worth the risk

if anyone comes asking about these schemes pretty easy to direct them to the S58 link on this site to illustrate the potential horrors of avoidance.

I wouldnt personally entertain any of them, even ones underwritten by HMRC. Reason being we all know they have a time machine that could quite easily undo any prior governments legislative nods of compliance. If its a loophole they can in future shut it down retro so where is the upside?

Im actually surprised these guys arent part of the HMRC clampdown on avoidance scheme promoters. Awful though it may sound Im almost tempted to phone HMRC and ask their views, one way to see either way if it works or they are breaking the rules.
