Let's be honest, it has never been about HMRC ensuring people pay their fair share, be it self employed or otherwise. It has always been about getting as many people on PAYE as possible.
Even they can see a mile off that putting a contractor inside IR35 still doesn't put them on an even keel with Permies, who get paid holidays, company benefits etc.....STRENGTH - "A river cuts through rock not because of its power, but its persistence"Comment
