Turned on an old computer for 1st time in ages and it is now installing number 34 of 67 updates. THis might not seem remarkable in a machine that has not been turned on in ages except - it is not connected to the internet!

Windows Update downloads the updates to the PC HDD and then applies them hence, not unusual but normal behaviour.Originally posted by xoggoth View Post
