My modem/router runs fine while I have one terminal connected, as soon as I try to use two it appears to drop the DSL line and try to renegotiate.
I can happily use my lap top on the wireless net or my desk top (or lap top or x-bax) on my ethernet net.
The router occasionaly stays up with more than one terminal.
Any advice.
Will allocating permanent IPs to each node (within the router range of course) make any difference? If I did that do I still need the router in DHCP mode.
