Just finished a callout to a client with problems connecting to broadband through shared connection on a network on a netgeat router /ASDL line.
Spent two hours setting a new router up and factory resetting.
Took two hours of screaming down the phone to BT for them to admit that the problem was their end and they used every excuse not to log a complain from "have you checked its plugged in" !*"&$*£&$*! to "check the router make"
Unbelievable?? Anyone else dealt with these lunatics.
Also, what are peoples opinion on working in callcentres and about the people working there?
