    Amazon Music Vs Apple Music?

I'm a long-time Amazon Prime subscriber but the music functionality included is now pretty lame - it used to be great but now you can't listen to albums, etc.

I switched from Android to iPhone a year back and like it (and my desktop is a Mac) so I'm wondering if I would be best going with Apple Music rather than pay more for Amazon Music.
Are there any real differences, for anyone who has used both, or are they basically the same? I like a bit of car-karaoke so lyrics functionality would be handy, for instance.

I'm increasingly dissatisfied with Amazon generally tbh. You pay more and get less.

    Have you tried Plex?
You can play your own stuff or stream from SEC (Cloud) on pretty much any device.

It's on the list to do longer term - I started ripping all my legacy CDs to NAS - but I don't buy many albums these days. I would rather pay a subscription to access virtually all music by streaming, and buy the odd album from artists I want to support.
