I guess it depends on what you want to do. It's only a tool really. One of our cousins uses it at every event and does lots of views over the area and puts them on our local FB group which everyone loves. SWMBO' brother flew his a few times, videod the family waving and it's been in its box since.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!

I have been toying with one, rather than upgrading my camera to the next level DSLR, but depends what you want to use it for, even if you don't want to go down the commercial route there are a fair few things that you need to consider from the CAA

I ordered a Lily drone that automatically followed you for when we are out walking or the kids are doing outdoor activities. Ordered it of Indigogo but it's taken so long I cancelled it.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!

Oddly enough I thought someone might suggest it wasn't the kids outdoor activities I was recording. I misjudged the gutter scale on this oneOriginally posted by SimonMac View PostYour kids or someone else kids

Client CEO gave me a Parrot drone as a thank you once. I flew it into the Thames from Wandsworth Park second flight. I've since imported 3 cheap ones from China - all of which I've either lost or broken beyond repair.Comment

I'll take a stab and say its not the drones that are the problem here... .Originally posted by oracleslave View PostClient CEO gave me a Parrot drone as a thank you once.
