    We've booked the Apex City of London, it's nearish Tower Bridge. £179 including breakfast through Hotels.com as they had an offer on. Stayed there before and was very good.

              Booking a refundable room early is cheaper than booking an unrefundable room later. and most of the time you don't pay until you turn up...
