Established in March 2015, no accounts filed, 5 directors in 18 months, 2 of whom resigned within 6 weeks of appointment. Sole owner (100 of 100 shares issued) is one of the current directors..
Registered address belongs to PMK Associates LLP, who describe themselves as :
"...a firm of experienced commercial and entrepreneurial professionals Advisors. We are thought provoking solution finders who enjoy helping clients to deliver results."Last edited by DaveB; 3 November 2016, 23:18. Reason: Updated director status as CH website wasn't displaying correctly.

No brolly can offer a higher take home pay than any other, the only difference should be the margin they are charging you - so be very careful! A little exploration on Duedil may help explain

Keep well away. Normal umbrellas means you pay the correct tax. Anything else is a scheme and if you look in the HMRC enquiries threads you will see it can and will go south.
The fact it boasts to be HMRC approved is the biggest flag. All schemes say this, proper ones don't. HMRC does not approve schemes.
Go look at http://www.allumbrellacompaniesareequal.com
It's been put together by Contractor Umbrella and will list all the reputable ones and rate against their input.
And if I didn't say it strongly enough first. Stay well away from outfits like this.
