What you really want is the agency rules where you have the same rights as permanent staff after 12 weeks. It's why a lot of firms will be requesting umbrella companies rather than agency payroll.

I am interested in is the "cycle to work" scheme and likely to get brolly'd soon so any umbrella's operate these ?
